      对热轧板形控制系统的控制逻辑进行了较为系统的分析,并根据 Townsend 曲线与西昌 2050 热轧压下规程,结合实际试验,表明在生产过程中,第 2 架精轧机组( F2 ) 、第 3 架精轧机组( F3 ) 是凸度调节的最佳区域。 F2 ,F3 出口的板形控制对成品板形起决定性作用。 从 F4 以后,必须严格遵守板凸度一致的原则,不能轻易调整凸度量,否则将极大地破坏带钢的平直度。
英文摘要:
      This paper systematically analyzes the PCFC system control logic, according to the Townsend curve and the rolling reduction schedule of Xichang 2050 Hot Rollling Mill, combining with the actual production experiment, it shows that during the practical production, the finishing mill group F2 and F3 are the best area of adjusting profile. The strip profile control of F2, F3 plays a decisive role on product quality. The strip profile control after the finishing mill group F4 must strictly abide by the principle of consistency, strip profile cannot be easily adjusted, otherwise it will greatly damage the strip flatness.
