Lower back extend panel is the research object in this paper. The stamping processes of aluminum alloy plate and lowcarbon steel plate were analyzed by using simulation software in order to obtain the forming difference of aluminum alloy plate and lowcarbon steel plate under the same process conditions. Furthermore the condition of aluminum forming process was got when a qualified product appeared. Finally, this conclusion can be used as reference for aluminum alloy plate replacing low-carbon steel plate in the actual production of stamping process. |
