      By chosing suitable spinning equipment and designing reasonable tools and spinning blank the spinning process parameters( thickness reduction per pass, feed rate of rollers, spinning mode) of thin-walled cylindrical parts with variable wall thickness are improved through manufacturing test. The spinning process scheme is obtained by which mechanical property of the product can be ensured and the quality and precision can be ensured too.
