车轴用材料 20Mn2 低合金结构钢,在热轧过程中出现了沿周向平行分布的裂纹,通过化学分析、金相检测、力学性能检测发现,辊角设计不当,轧制时易产生折叠,这是裂纹产生的外部原因;原材料中含有大量的非金属夹杂物、带状组织,造成材料综合力学性能下降,尤其是材料在高温下屈服强度下降,这是裂纹产生的内部原因。 |

The circumferential cracks of 20Mn2 trailer axle appeared in hot rolling. The cracking reason was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, microstructure examination and test of mechanical properties. The results showed that the crack was mainly due to the large amount of inclusion and ribbon microstructure and their existence undermined the continuity of the material organization and weakened tensile strength, especially the strength at high temperature. Improper roller angle design resulting fold in rolling was another reason of crack. |
