      以生产镁合金 / 钢仿生镶嵌铸造件用高纯净度 AZ91 D 镁合金为出发点,从原材料及辅料的选择和检验、镁合金熔体保护方式及合金精炼方法、合金熔体夹杂物炉前检测控制等方面着手,通过设计坩埚内保护气体释放装置、炉前断口试样模具及断口判别方法等手段,总结出了用于生产镁合金 / 钢仿生镶嵌铸造件的高纯净度 AZ91 D 镁合金品质控制方法。

      According to the testing and selection with raw materials and accessories, melt protection mode and refining method,melt inclusions timely detection and control, and by designing release device of protecting gas, fracture specimen mold and fracture discrimination method, the production control methods of high purity magnesium alloy AZ91D for magnesium alloy / steel bionic inlay casting products are generalized.
