      研究了一种新型的破碎机锤头,对其采用合金化处理并经过热处理,实验表明:该低碳中合金耐磨钢的硬度大于 51 HRC,冲击韧性大于 141 J / cm2。 经热处理后的显微组织为回火马氏体+残余奥氏体+弥散的碳化物,比高锰钢破碎机锤头性能有很大提升。
英文摘要:
      A new crusher hammer was made. The composition was optimized by alloying and then it experienced heat treatment technology. The results were as follows, this low carbon and medium alloy steel has good properties. The hardness of the steel is HRC >51, impact toughness is ak>141 J / cm2. After heat treatment the microstructure composed of the mixture of tempered martensite, a small amount of residual austenite and carbide dispersion. Compared with the crusher hammer produced by high manganese steel, the properties were greatly improved.
