| Through the scanning electron microscope( SEM) , metallographic experiment, a fracture morphology analysis and metallography analysis on the failure of deep hole hot extrusion die for high strength steel are accomplished, the reason of mold failure is found, and the improvement measures to heat treatment process on the mold material is put forward. |
