英文摘要:
      The parametric model of hydraulic support prop nest was established using ANSYS Workbench software. Its rigidity and intensity were checked and multi-objective structural optimization design was conducted. The optimal program was determined by calculating the sensitivity and response surface of input parameters. Optimization results showed that on the premise of meeting the requirements of stiffness and strength, the mass of the prop nest was reduced 6%, achieving the lightweight design purpose and obtaining optimal structural parameters.
