      提出了双筒形件旋压加工的一种新方法——铲旋工艺。分析双筒形件铲旋成形过程应力应变场分布规律,是研究双筒形件铲旋成形机理的基础和前提。基于有限元分析软件Deform-3D对双筒形件铲旋成形进行数值模拟,采用该模型获得了双筒形件铲旋成形过程的应力和应变场的分布特征,并提取成形载荷进行分析。分析结果可为铲旋成形工艺研究和工艺参数优化提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      A new method of spinning for double cylindrical parts is proposed which is called as shovel spinning.The analysis on distribution features of stress and strain fields is the basis of the research on shovel spinning forming of double cylindrical parts.A 3D model of shovel spinning for double cylindrical part is established based on software Deform-3D. The distribution features of stress and strain fields have been obtained using this model, the forming load is also analyzed.The result could provide theoretical basis for the study of the shovel spinning process and the optimization of technical parameters.
