| By the equal area assumptions before and after metal plastic deformation, two traditional formulas are derived about a tapered necking blank calculation from the geometrical and mathematical considerations. Two new calculation formulas of cone type necking blank are established by contrastive calculation of the practical example and analysis and comprehensive induction based on the constancy of volume in the principle of metal plastic forming. |
