The design of rotary-forging mold is improved for the existing problems in the mold of semiaxle flange. Structure of the original rotary-forging mold and the mold material are improved for use in the environment with large impact load. Improved mold structure and mold materials are tested in production. It shows that the mold after improvement is easy to replace punch, easy to operate, the mold repair frequency is reduced and the process is easy, the cost of the mold is reduced. |
