      针对铁路货车L-B型制动梁使用的Q460E钢-40 ℃冲击性能不合格的问题,选取不合格料2根,分别为1号料和2号料,并选取1根合格料(3号料)作为对比。对不合格件进行热处理,并借助金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等仪器,对热处理前后Q460E钢的组织及力学性能进行了观察和分析。研究结果表明,1号料由于Mn,Si元素微观聚集严重,发生较大成分起伏,导致合金元素在钢中分布均匀性差,产生偏析,导致低温冲击性能不合格。
英文摘要:
      For the problem that the impact properties at -40 ℃ of Q460E used by L-B brake beams of wagon were unqualified, two unqualified brake beams were chosen as part 1 and part 2 separately, and a qualified brake beam was chosen as part 3. The unqualified brake beams were investigated by heat treatments. The microstructure and properties of the brake beams were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, and mechanical testing. The results show that: the reason for the fail of the part 1 is the aggregation of Mn, Si elements which resulting in the distribution of alloys elements in steel with poor uniformity, which makes the impact properties unqualified.
