The closed die forging of bevel gear based on hydraulic die-set was studied to planetary gear. The closed die forging process was 〖JP2〗simulated by a metal forming finite element software Deform-3D. Forming effect and load were analyzed. By introducing the divided flow cavity, the forming load was decreased. The experiment confirmed the feasibility of the process. |
