The flow-forming processing scheme and the conventional method are compared for a thin-wall aluminum cylinder part from flow-forming equipment, assembly and processing parameters. By practical processing verification a new forming process is put forward by which not only the mechanical property of the product is guraranteed, but also the product quality and accuracy. It can be generalized as a typical processing technology for promotion. |
