| The warm extrusion technology was used to the precision processing of aluminum alloy high-pressure cylinder for automotive air conditioning, the extrusion surface roughness Ra can reach 0.8 to 1.6. High dimensional accuracy, consistency, size, fully meet the technical requirements of the cylinder body. Warm extrusion cylinder body , with no sand holes, no pores, cracks and folding defects, greatly improves the life of the cylinder. |
