The forging process of scraper is analyzed and the suitable die separating surface is confirmed.Two kinds of blanking step simulation of the scraper were carried out by using finite element software and then the suitable blanking step was determined. The metal flow, effective stress/strain, forming load are simulated for different billets of different size were simulated, the optimal billet size is confirmed. And the material utilization is increased. |
