      Through analyzing and researching the cold heading process of bolts for a engine, some measures of heat treatment were given,meanwhile using Deform 3D to simulate the cold heading process of bolts, optimization measures were also taken to the cold heading mold.Thus the problems in the production process were effectively solved, with higher product quality and qualified rate.
