      设计出一种卧式螺旋千斤顶,该千斤顶起顶高度低,升程高,上升速度快,其动力输入装置可方便实现电动与手动快速切换;基于VB6.0建立了千斤顶工作过程动力学模型,开发了基于工作过程的运动、受力分析程序;在Solidworks集成设计环境构建了千斤顶各零部件及传动系统三维模型,使用COSMOSMotion插件进行机构运动仿真、干涉检查,为千斤顶传动系统优化设计提供了依据。
英文摘要:
      The new horizontal screw jack is designed and the jack has the advantages of low initial height and rapid rising speed. Electronic and manual model can be switched rapidly by power importing device.The dynamic working model is developed on VB6.0. Three dimensional mode of jack is constructed on Solidworks, and COSMOSMotion module is used to simulate the movement and inspect the interference. The reference can be provided to optimization design of jack drive system.
