      针对控制臂现阶段模锻成形工艺工序多、生产率低、劳动强度大等缺点,提出辊锻制坯-模锻成形工艺,设计辊锻制坯各道次的尺寸参数,用数值模拟代替物理试验预测金属成形过程。通过对控制臂辊锻成形过程的数值模拟,并对辊锻后坯料进行弯曲,终锻成形,获得较好的锻件,为指导此锻件的生产实践提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      The die forging of the control arm has the shortcomings of excessive working procedures, low production rate and high labor strength. The roll-forging and die-forging is proposed. The size of the roll forging of each pass is designed. The numerical simulation takes the place of the physics experimentation. The roll-forging process is simulated by using metal forming finite element code. The bend process and finish-forging use the blank after the roll-forging so that better forging is obtained. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the production practice.
