Hydraulic shear's stand is complicated in shear forces in cold rolling forming. With the aid of MSC.MARC, the static elastic structure analysis of a hydraulic shear stand is provided, the detailed and intuitive results of the deformation and stress distribution of the stand upon the given load are obtained, which can be used to optimize the structure for guidance and cover the shortage of simplified model analysis. |
