      基于Pro/E二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit开发了板料冲压成形模拟系统FSA(Forming Simulation Application),在建模参数和设计对象的控制尺寸之间建立了唯一、实时的对应关系,实现了参数化建模。介绍了FSA系统的设计思想和特点,并重点论述了基于“顶层基本骨架”的装配体模型树设计和通过Publish Geometry实现的特征参数化,依靠Pro/Toolkit接口函数实现的工具网格参数化以及基于自主剖分器的板料网格参数化。FSA系统实现了CAD/CAE的无缝集成,避免了数据在传输过程中的精度损失,能够对板料冲压成形进行全工序参数化模拟,为设计人员提供了一个可靠、高效、便捷的分析工具。
英文摘要:
      FSA is a new generation of sheet metal forming simulation system, which is completely based on Pro/E Wildfire platform. FSA established the only, real-time corresponding relation between the modeling parameters and the control size of the design object, and achieved the parameterized modeling. This paper introduces the design idea and characteristics of the FSA system, and discusses the assembly model tree design based on the "top basic skeleton", the realization of characteristic parameterization through Publish Geometry and the realization of the tool mesh parameterization relying on Pro/Toolkit interface function and the sheet mesh parameterization based on independent mesher. FSA system realized the seamless integration of CAD/CAE, avoided the data loss in precision in the process of transmission, can provide parameterized simulation in sheet metal stamping for the whole process, and provide a reliable, efficient and convenient analysis tool for design personnel.
