      利用UG建立皮带轮几何模型,导入ANSYS中进行静力学分析。得到位移分布和应力分布云图,接着以静力学分析得到的应力应变为条件,在仅考虑转速的情况下使用ANSYS软件的Fatigue模块,采用名义应力法对皮带轮进行了疲劳寿命预测,分析结果表明该研究为离合器皮带轮的设计提供理论基础。
英文摘要:
      The geometric model of pulley was established in the UG , then the molel was imported into the ANSYS software to carry on static analysis . The displacement and stress cloud diagram of cultch pulley were obtained.Then in the condition of only taking angular velocity into account, the fatigue life of the cultch pulley was forecasted by using the nominal stress method based on the condition of stress and strain which were obtained from static analysis by the Fatigue Module of ANSYS. The results of analysis show that the research provides the theoretical basis for cultch pulley's design.
