| The trough plate part and process were analyzed. A detailed calculation of its blank length, bending spring back quantity, bending process parameters was introduced. According to the bending technology analysis and parameters calculation, the design of bending die structure of the part was described, the working process of the die was explained. Finally, the design of punch and concave die was introduced. |
