Aiming at the characteristics of cold extrusion forming technology for the electrical connector shell,the analysis of numerical simulation was made,the process parameters influencing extrusion forming were found out,and the rational forming technology was designed.The results of experiments indicates that the process design ensures the electrical connector shell size, and solves the problem of uneven flow of the metal in the extrusion process, reduces the process experiment cycle. It is of great significance to guide the electrical connector shell cold extrusion production and application of parts. |
