      基于有限元理论,对镁合金箱盖预制坯形状进行了多目标优化设计。采用DEFORM3D有限元软件,对镁合金瞄具座箱盖的成形过程进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明,金属流动相对较均匀,未发现充不满等缺陷。工艺实验表明,数值模拟结果可用于实际生产。
英文摘要:
      Based on finite element analysis theory, the shape of magnesium alloy case cover perform was subjected to multiple objective optimum design. DEFORM3D software was used to the simulation of forming process of magnesium alloy case cover. The simulation results show that the metal uniformly flows and filling deficiency has not been found during forming. The processing tests show that the result of numerical simulation will be the guidance of practice.
