      在锻压力的大小与内在因素——材料屈服强度及加工硬化和外界因素——加压接触面积等有关的基础上,提出了局部成形、坯料形状改进、工序改进和塑性流动控制等4条提高模具寿命的设计方法,并提出了相应的延长模具寿命的工艺措施,这些措施已用于锻压工艺设计中,有效地延长了模具寿命,增加了企业效益。

      Based on that the magnitude of forge force is related with the yield strength and work-hardening property of material and contact area between the workpiece and die, this paper proposed four die-design methods for dilation of die life: local forming, modification of workpiece geometry, forming process improvement, and control of plastic flow, and corresponding process measures were put forward, which all had been used in metal forming process design. And several samples were given. As a result, the die life would be effectively dilated and the profit can be increased.
