      针对大头细杆类长轴锻件在用摩擦压力机模锻时,不制坯或制坯不合理造成材料利用率较低的问题,以带深孔的汽车转向臂为对象,对其锻造工艺进行了分析,工艺计算,运用有限元软件模拟了转向臂成形过程,分析金属流动情况、载荷、等效应力/应变等。根据分析结果,确定合理的制坯工艺和制坯尺寸,提高了锻造的材料利用率。
英文摘要:
      It is difficult to obtain proper preform in the forging of the long axis of the bulk rod parts on a single screw press, which causes the low material utilization. In this paper, taking automobile steering arm as an example, the forging process is analyzed. The metal flow conditions, tool load and effective stress/strain are analyzed via the numerical simulation. Based on the results, a proper preform is chosen, and the material utilization is increased. It has provided a theoretical basis to guide the practical production.
