| This paper expounds the important significance of quick exchange of die in lean production,then lists the principle and the related terms involved with Single Minute Change of Die,finally proposes the general model of using lean six sigma model to achieve quick exchange of die,and summarizes the implementation steps of lean six sigma used in the quick exchange of die with specific cases in the production of plastic packaging. |
