      采用有限元数值模拟方法分析不同镦粗工艺对夹杂物的弥散作用。建立了常用的平砧镦粗、锥形砧镦粗和凹面砧镦粗等3种计算模型,通过对镦粗过程中夹杂物的应力应变集中程度、基体损伤值、夹杂物间距的结果分析,认为锥形砧镦粗工艺最好。
英文摘要:
      Based on finite element numerical simulation the inclusion dispersion effects by different upsetting processes were analysed. Calculation models for flat anvil upsetting, tapered anvil upsetting and the concave board upsetting were established. Based on the analysis for the stress and strain concentration of inclusion,matrix damage and distance between inclusions in upsetting process, the upsetting process with cone-shaped plate was the best.
