      针对目前国内Monel K-500合金热加工生产中存在的问题,采用不同的加热速度对其加热性能进行了试验测试研究。研究结果表明,采用相对较快的加热速度时,铸坯表面并未出现明显的过烧现象,而且总的加热时间较短,因此对Monel K-500合金铸坯采用较快的加热速度,可以有效提高生产效率。
英文摘要:
      In view of its existing heat working problems in domestic production , different heating velocity has been used to test its performance in the experiment. The results show that a relatively fast heating rate has not lead to a significant over-burning phenomenon on the slab surface, and the total heating time is shorter. Therefore, Monel K-500 alloy billet with a faster heating rate can improve production efficiency.
