The numerical model of rectangular box drawbead forming was established. The fixed and variable drawbead forming was simulated and the simulation was verified by engineering experiment.The results and error were analyzed. The technology of variable draw bead was carried out based on adjusting the height of draw bead. So sheet metal formability can be exploited fully and products quality was improved. |
