      建立了24 000 kN-24B高频板真空挤压机的三维模型,基于有限元理论对24 000 kN-24B高频板真空挤压机机身受载后的力学性能等进行了分析研究,得出了存在较大变形和较大等效应力集中的部位,对结果进行分析并提出了相应改进措施。
英文摘要:
      The 3D modeling of 24 000 kN-24B high frequency laminate vacuum extruder was established, then the stress distortion and mechanical properties of the 24 000 kN-24B high frequency laminate vacuum extruder was investigated based on finite element method(FEM) in the present work. The areas of the larger deformation and equivalent stess were found.By discussing the results, optimization and improved measurements were proposed based on the analysed results.
