The 3D modeling of 24 000 kN-24B high frequency laminate vacuum extruder was established, then the stress distortion and mechanical properties of the 24 000 kN-24B high frequency laminate vacuum extruder was investigated based on finite element method(FEM) in the present work. The areas of the larger deformation and equivalent stess were found.By discussing the results, optimization and improved measurements were proposed based on the analysed results. |
