| 为了保证浇注系统的合理性，根据经验设计几种浇注系统，运用CAE软件分析比较后选取最佳的一种。以羚羊轿车前保险杠为研究对象，运用Moldflow软件对2种不同的浇注系统进行CAE模拟分析。通过比较之后选取了最佳的一种三点进浇方案，并以此方案进行了模具设计。 |

| In order to make sure the rationality of gating system,the most feasible and effective way is to choose several gating systems by experience and choose the best one after comparison. By a type of antelope car bumper as reserching object, two different gating systems are selected and CAE simulation analysis is made. By camparing the simulation results, 3 points gate sytem is choosed as gating system of the car bumper, and the mold is designed according to the plan. |
