以压力机机架为研究对象,用ANSYS软件对2种设计方案的机架结构进行静动态分析,获得了机架应力分布和位移分布规律。通过模态分析给出了机架振动的固有频率及相应振型。结果表明,在保证机架强度的条件下,第2种设计方案减少了机架使用材料,机架质量减少了22.6%,降低了生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益。 |

ANSYS FEM software was applied to static analysis and model analysis of the press machine frame with two design plans.With static analysis, the stress and the displacement of the machine frame were obtained,and with model analysis,natural frequencies and mode shapes of the main frame were presented. It is indicated that the second design plan can reduce the material of machine frame and the production cost under the condition of guaranteeing the constant intensity of the machine frame. And the weight of the machine frame decreases by 22.6%,which achieves a great economic benefit. |
