      针对大模数圆柱直齿轮冷锻的困难性,提出了开放式分流和齿顶分流等2种分流工艺。结合浮动凹模技术,通过数值模拟与物理试验相结合,对2种工艺进行了分析研究,并与一般轴向分流工艺方案进行了对比。结果表明:这2种工艺方案能大大地降低载荷及单位压强,提高充填性能。锻件只需车削外圆或端面即可得到合格零件,不影响齿面纤维分布。
英文摘要:
      Two distributary processes-one with distributry cavity in the teeth cavity and the other on the top of teeth-were proposed in order to resolve technical problems of cold closed-die forging of spur gear with big modulus. Compared with the traditional process utilizing divided material flow towards axial cavity, these forming processes combining with floating die were analyzed by the method of numerical simulation followed by physical experiments. The results show that these two forming processes are in favor of improvement of the corner filling condition and decreasing the forming force significantly. Forging only needs little turning on excircle or end face which can't damage the fibrous tissue of the teeth.
