      以锥形三辊联合穿轧机为研究对象,应用MARC三维非线性有限元模拟分析软件对实心圆坯进行联合穿轧过程热力耦合数值模拟,对其联合穿轧过程的多余剪切变形与桶形辊进行对比,分析其在联合穿轧过程中钢管的表面质量,扭转附加变形以及横裂等方面的影响,为锥形联合穿轧机的设计提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      The conical united cross-rolling piecing mill was studied by using the 3D FEM MARC to simulate the cross-rolling piecing process and contrast its extra shear deformation with that of united cross-rolling piecing mill with barrel roller. Effect of extra shear deformation in united cross-rolling piecing process to surface quality, torsion deformation and transverse failure was analysed. It provides theoretical basis to the design of the conical united cross-rolling piecing mill.
