      采用刚粘塑性有限元法对万向节叉热挤压成形过程进行数值模拟分析, 综合考虑了变形、热传导、变形生热、摩擦生热等多个因素,得出了成形过程中金属流动变化的3个阶段。研究了摩擦条件和终锻温度对成形力的影响,得出良好的润滑条件和给模具进行预热,能够有效的控制成形力,有利于金属的流动及提高模具寿命。
英文摘要:
      Universal joint fork is a type of dialing fork with high forming difficulty and high quality request. The numerical simulation analysis of hot extrusion forming process of the universal joint fork was carried out using the rigid-visco-plastic finite element model. In view of formation, heat transfer, heating generation coupled process, it was found that there exist three stages for forming process of metal flow. In addition the effect of friction condition and temperature of finish-forging on the forming force was studied. Good lubricating conditions and die preheating can effectively control forming force, enhance metal flow and improve die life.
