With forming parts of gear groups as object of study, the metal bulk forming process simulation software DEFORM as tools, and the rigid-plastic finite element and the idea of thermal-mechanical coupling as basis,the forming process of gear blank and the influence of external factors were analyzed, the most reasonable factors and the forming result under these factors were obtained. |
