      针对三通阀体结构特点和性能要求,采用多向模锻近净成形的工艺方法,利用有限元数值模拟方法得到锻件在成形过程中的网格分布、温度场、应力应变场、载荷曲线等,运用分流成形原理提出一种改进方案,有效降低了合模力,为实际生产提供了依据。
英文摘要:
      For the structure features and performance requirements of triple-valve body, near net shape multi-ram forging method was used. The grid distribution, temperature field, stress and strain, load curve were got in the forging process by the finite element numerical simulation method. Based on the theory of the divided flow method, an improved program was proposed, reducing the clamping force effectively. It provides the basis for the actual production.
