According to the high-precision request of fine-blanking machine's slipper guide, the hydrostatic guide rail is chosen as the guide form of slipper guide of hydraulic fine-blanking machine. Fine-blanking machine's slipper guide mechanism is designed, which consists of two symmetrical guide rails on the left and right and each of them has two main and two subsidiary oil pads to improve the strength and rigidity of oil film. The hydrostatic guide's bearing capacity and oil film rigidity are calculated. The control method of hydrostatic guide rail's oil film thickness is researched. |
