以一种多孔薄壁筒体为对象,进行了挤压成形工艺研究,运用有限元数值模拟,对多种成形工艺方案进行了比较;分析了成形过程中金属的流动情况,以及该构件成形时可能出现的缺陷,据此对工艺方案进行优化设计,开展了工艺试验。试验结果表明,采用优化后的成形工艺方案,成形出的多孔薄壁构件充型饱满,避免了喇叭口等缺陷,满足了构件的矢量要求。 |

This paper aimed at a kind of cylinder with multi-hole, put up the research of extrusion. By means of numerical simulation, multifold technical projects were compared, the flowing behavior of the material and the forming defects were analyzed, then the technical project was optimized, and the engineering tests were carried out based on it. The result indicated that the part with multi-hole after extrusion was formed with good filling, avoiding the defect of bell mouth, and the dimension of the part also satisfied its requirements. |
