| The paper introduces the analysis of the stamping technique of the bearing cap, the calculation of technological parameters and the choice of equipment, the die structure and die working process. It gives the analysis of the reason of cracking in drawing and the solving method. The part is drawn smoothly. The cracking of the part can be avoided by putting a piece of old newspaper between the blank and the punch-die. |
