| The method of manufacturing rapid molding has been a focal point of the RP&M. This paper introduces the principle and feature of metal spray molding and the technical process of electric arc spraying rapid molding，and the equipment and material of electric arc spraying. It also enumerates the application example of electric arc spraying rapid molding in the shoe-bottom mold exploitation. Metal spray molding has the features of simple process, short manufacturing period, low cost, better replicability, adapting to new product exploitation and small-lot or versatile delivery, meets the necessity of the more and more drastic market competition. |
