| The structural characteristic of a filter mask was analyzed，and the forming technology program of the filter mask was determined. The design of layout in single-row and with few scraps was stated in detail and the total structure and characteristic of multi-position progressive die for filter mask were introduced. The strip materials were precisely oriented by side edge and pilot pin. A rapid and efficient blanking effect was achieved and the quality requirements were met. |
