| This paper described a new forming process of the oral solution bottle cap. The process design aims at the features of mass production, many working procedures, requests of good appearance. The paper provided new data of draw gap different from the traditional. The paper introduced the design of a new die structure that was easy to change the main parts. The new process increases the efficiency of stamping and saves costs. |
