| This paper introduced the characteristics of the forging products of valves, and analysed the issues of quality. The main causes of quality problems was found that the process was not executed strictly and it is not appropriate in die design. Process improvement and quality control were carried out by PDCA cycle. Compared with previous effect,the quality was improved by strictly executing process, persistent improvement and drafting operating instructions in detail. |
