| Because of the complex structure of the planetary gear carrier，especially its convex bricks which are high and narrow，metal cannot fill to the whole cavity sometimes. Besides，there are several non-machining planes on the forging. It is difficult to forge such products. By analysis of structure and forging difficulties the forging process scheme and die design for the planetary gear carrier are put forward. |
