      通过对中、小曲轴精锻件的结构及锻造工艺性分析,在预终锻热锻件图设计上,增加平衡板的宽度、增大预锻模平衡板的圆角;预终锻模模具结构的设计上,在模平衡板上下模桥部,特别在小头处设计了阻力墙,增大金属流向桥部的阻力;在终锻平衡板最深处作排气孔,能让金属充满型腔;严格控制热处理温度和时间;制定出合理的模锻工艺流程,达到了提高材料利用率、合格率、模具寿命和降低生产成本的目的。
英文摘要:
      The structure and forging process of medium and small sized precision forging crankshaft are analyzed. By enlarging width and radius of corner to preforging balance plate and setting resisting wall to finishing-forging balance plate, controlling making air vent on the innermost of the finishing-forging balance plate, controlling strictly heat treatment temperature and time, the proper forging process is designed. The material utilization ratio, acceptability and die life are improved and production cost is reduced.
