      简述了资阳机车有限公司全纤维RR曲轴镦锻现状,并与TR工艺做了简要对比,提出了RR镦锻消除锻造余块的课题,对RR曲轴柄板余块位置及产生的原因进行了详细的分析,提出了消除余块的方案,以21/32曲轴为例对实施效果及达到的经济效益做了详细陈述,并提出了今后努力的方向。

      Based on the research of the continuous grain flow crankshaft forging in the RR- equipment and TR- equipment, the problem of eliminating forging accessorial block was brought forward. Through careful analysis of the reasons for the formation and position of forging accessorial block on the cranks, some ways to eliminating the block were found. These new techniques were applied on making the 21/31 crankshaft and good effect was obtained.
