| This paper analyzed machining, heat treatment, grinding and EDM of key parts of fineblanking dies. The control methods and technical specifications of the die machining were discussed. The machining result was improved. The key points of machining for fineblanking dies were also discussed. Some better measures, such as simplifying the process, reducing cost and shortening production cycle, were introduced. |
